This multi hotel complex involve 04 medium to high quality hotel in one single place, this time I choose the Element airport hotel (an apartments) it look new all inside with high quality, clean and tidy. Also full kitchen set and wash/dryer machine, inside the property you have a mini market with key basic things and believe me I found in this mini market the original Dubai Chocolate brand “Fix” that make my visit fully worth. Need to highlight the excellent work done from Mr Nithish in “Runway restaurant” and also for Miss Myat at element breakfast buffet. Very good quality services and guest management. By short walk you can reach at least 10 high quality restaurant nearby this complex, Chinese, Japanese, Spain, Arabic and American food

Good location for airport terminal 1 and metro station. Was upgraded to king suite and appreciate the layout. Complete kitchenette with washing machine. But bathroom needs shower screen. Friendly and helpful staff, since I checked in late was given extended check out. Online booking communication need improvement. They didnt provide the shuttle schedule despite couple of requests via Expedia chat.

Positive - The space in the rooms was generous and great, even for a family of 5. It was also great to see the kitchenette and laundry machine available in the rooms too. The things that could be better - Unfortunately staff couldn't see the hotel was already paid for via Expedia and asked for it to be paid again, it was quickly resolved however I was charged an additional fee for tax - I'm not sure whether this was included or not in the Expedia payment. The in-house options for food were quite pricey and the floors of the rooms themselves could have been cleaner. Early check out was a bit cumbersome as I'd advised when we checked in that we were leaving early but no one answered the phone for around 3-4 calls and then I had to go to another reception for the check out. We were in a rush to go to the airport with small children, so the process could have been a bit better.
