Our family stayed at Dubai Marriott Harbour Hotel & Suites in the Palm Jumeirah and Marina area. The reception team was very friendly. The front desk manager, Rania, personally escorted us to our suite. The three-bedroom layout, with a large balcony overlooking the Palm, offered excellent space for both relaxation and family living. The full kitchen was well equipped and practical. Hari from the reception team kindly introduced the nearby Marina area to us. His warm tone and attention to detail showed true professionalism in guest service. The suite was extremely spacious and clean. It is not positioned as ultra-luxury, but the design and maintenance demonstrate genuine care and quality. Breakfast was refined and enjoyable, and the service staff were attentive. The location is highly convenient. It is within walking distance to Dubai Marina’s shops and restaurants, with lively waterfront views, especially in the evening. Overall, this hotel provides comfort, good service, and an excellent base to explore the Marina district.

The hotel staff was extraordinary friendly. Really everyone was very nice. we never experienced so friendly staff like in this hotel. Especially the staff at the reception was extremely nice. We would like to mention Dav and Jamila who have been responsible for our check-in and who have been really lovely. We also received an upgrade for our hotel room and had the pleasure to stay in the penthouse during our stay. We enjoyed this huge appartement and the beautiful view of the palm very much. We also liked the bar and the 52 restaurant with its nice view, atmosphere, very good food, and again very friendly staff. Thanks to the whole hotel staff for making the stay at the Marriott Harbor Hotel & Suites unforgettable for us!

Beyond Expectations: The Unforgettable Service at

Having stayed in hotels across Europe, Asia, and North America, I had always believed India offered the pinnacle of service. However, my experience at this Marriott in Dubai pleasantly surprised me! The level of care and helpfulness from the entire staff was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, John, the front office lead, made us feel incredibly welcome and attended to our needs with such efficiency. When my child unfortunately fell ill during our stay, the compassion shown by the staff was truly heartwarming. Jamila, in particular, went above and beyond, thoughtfully offering soup and porridge. This level of care extended to all our interactions; every staff member we encountered was friendly and eager to assist. Even the convenience of staying in the pristine penthouse, where everything was readily available, was enhanced by their prompt service. When a couple of us faced delayed flights, the hotel staff, including John and others, were so accommodating in extending our checkout time. It was an absolutely outstanding stay, and the exceptional dedication and genuine care of the entire team, especially Jamila and John, made it truly memorable.

Amazing 10 out of 10! View from the 42 floor!

This hotel is amazing from the parking attendance to the Bell boys to the front desk. If Ashwin is at the front desk, you will get the best service ever!! Everyone at this hotel has exceptional service. I would definitely tell anyone to stay here during a short or a long vacation! I hope to return soon.

The service was outstanding! My wife hurt her knee on an excursion, and then we returned they got ice, and made sure she was ok. Very happy, would definitely return.

BEYOND FABULOUS!

AMAZING!!! The most memorable and joyous stay. A huge thankyou to Yasser and his super friendly team for making our family holiday and stay during the New Year period special. The staff went over and beyond our expectations when I asked Yasser to please help make it a memorable stay for our daughter's 24th Birthday. We were very lucky to receive an upgrade to a spectacular 3 bedroom marina and palm view suite and the staff had planned various spontaneous surprises for our daughter throughout our 4 nights stay. The location of the hotel is extremely central - walking distance to all the various cafes and restaurants in the marina. The cafe on site is extremely handy and the fabulous bar and grill on the top floor of the hotel is definitely worth a try. Thank you again Yasser for making our stay extremely joyous and memorable.

Schönes Hotel mit guter Lage. Die Zimmer entsprechen dem Marriott Standard, bedeutet sie könnten mal wieder ein makeover vertragen.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit wahnsinnig freundlichen und aufmerksamen Personal, reichhaltigen Frühstücksbuffet mit frisch zubereiten Speisen (verschiedene Eierspeisen, French Toast, Pancakes, Waffeln uvm.), schöner Außenpool mit Liegen, Handtüchern und Poolbar, großzügige Zimmer einen einem atemberaubenden Blick von der 52. Etage. Logistisch liegt das Hotel nicht so gut, weil Strand, Dubai Mall, Wüste, Palme usw. nur mit einer längeren Taxifahrt erreichbar sind. Der Marina Walk direkt neben dem Hotel ist schön, aber in kürzester Zeit erledigt.

Restaurant på etage 52.

Egentlig ret godt tilfreds med vores ophold på Marriott, men må indrømme at servicen på restaurant på 52. Etage er falder i standart. Alt for dårligt overblik, alt for hurtig serveringer efter hinanden, for lidt viden om vinene på vinkortet, og så var vi nærmest smidt ud inden vi var kommet. - sådan følte vi det i hvert fald.

The location is good right next to the marina. The suite was wonderful. Sofas could do with upgrades apart from that every thing was excellent. But it was the staff that made our stay. From check in to check out the were all very good to us very helpful. We had a free upgrade and early check-in would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

Cool clean hotel that happens to be in a prefect location. Staff make the hotel all the more better. A Refurbishment at some point would be awesome but I understand that isn't exactly easy. Good hotel all the same.

For this being my second time staying at this property, I have to say from the bellhop to travel desk clerk and front desk clerks were all on point. I will recommend anyone to stay @ this property and enjoy the Marina, next door
