After booking and payment done with hotels.com, we went to check-in hotel and hotel management saying, No Room for us and they are not accepting any online booking. They just said lie to us. After I contacted hotels.com and they really helped even at mid night.

We are sorry for a such situation our hotel was full and our in house clients wanted to extend theirs stay and keep the same room they were supposed to checkout but they changed their mind the last minute.
