From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were made to feel welcome and special, anything you wanted or needed the staff went out of their way to make sure that we had it, nothing was a hassle. When we return to Dubai, which we will do in the future, will use this hotel again. This hotel has a 4 star rating on your site but the staff made it feel more like a 5 star+.

Amazing staff from the guys opening the doors for you,the front desk staff and cleaning crew,they do an amazing job,the only reason I gave them an overall 4 stars and not 5 is because of the outdated furniture and little bit damaged in the room but like I said is an excellent hotel to stay that’s the reason I stayed 10 nights and would come back again if visiting Dubai another time and of course I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone. Very important and I almost forgot,you have the investment park metro station 5 minutes by walk from the hotel. Thank you very much delta hotel investment park staff.

More of a business hotel, the pool consists of a small pool and a few sunbeds. The area around the hotel consists of an industrial area and gated communities. To downtown, you need about 1h30 by public transport. Staff really very friendly and accommodating, you really can't do better.

The first impression was bad. I was asked by the person who received us from the front entrance to proceed to check-in and the far eastern receptionist refused to entertain us even though I was asked to proceed after she had finished entertaining someone before us in a rude way. On my second night, I was surprised that my room was not cleaned. I call to ask the reason and I was told that it is cleaned on request! I said I was not informed about this rule when I checked in. The room was not as clean as it was ranked. Overall we were very disappointed.

I was there only for one night, arrived, went to bed, had breakfast in the morning and left. I didnt get a chance to see much of the hotel but I found the room incredibly spacious and clean, everything brand new, service at the restaurant was very good, very polite and trained staff, same with check in and check out.

Everything was satisfactory. My room had a safe, mini-fridge, and an electric kettle along with instant coffee and some tea bags. I had an iron and ironing board sent up to the room. Location is convenient to the Metro with the station being only a couple of minutes away on foot, however the ride to Centrepoint will take a long time. The area surrounding the hotel property is kind of dirty. You can't walk to the metro or to the adjacent hospital without walking through sand. There's a lot of construction going on that seems like it's a long way from completion. As of March 2022 the restaurant was only open for breakfast. The food was good but the prices seemed high and the serving sizes small. I started going to the Premier hotel restaurant next door which had a good buffet breakfast for only $16 US. The restaurants at Premier were also open for dining well into the evening. My only real complaint about the hotel is the shower. Only the front half of the shower has a glass partition. Every time I showered water would spray onto the floor making a bit of a mess. As of March 2022 I had to get a COVID test to travel back to the US. Going out of the hotel to the left the next building is the NMC Hospital Blue where you can get a COVID test for a fee. Unfortunately their electronic system for delivering results didn't work. I had to go out of the hotel to the RIGHT to a different hospital, NMC Hospital DIP to receive a paper copy of my results the next day.

I did a 2 night stay while visiting Expo2020. Great location for Expo. 5 min walk to Metro and 1 stop from Expo station which puts you right at the entry gate to the Expo. Hilariously bad customer service
They woke me up at 3am by calling repeatedly. Apparently they made an error on their end and gave me the wrong room, and then decided that 3am was the time to call me to try to figure this out. This had a big impact on my night and the following day, so I asked them to extend my stay for free. They didn't respond to my query for two days (they could have replied to my email or left messages on my hotel phone, but did not), and when they finally did respond, they said they weren't able to do anything to make up for my trouble --- except for allowing me to keep the suite I was assigned. So, OK... The way you're trying to make up for waking me up at 3am and ruining my day is in not forcing me to pack up and leave the room that you assigned me? And then the manager on duty, Waseem, tried to blame me, telling me that I should have gone back to the front desk after I was assigned the wrong room --- as if I know the hotel well enough to be able to know one room from another? And as if it would be my role as a customer to question the room I was given? Impressively bad service - so bad it comes back around to almost being funny. I would definitely not recommend staying here.
