Our room did not have very good view but the infinity pool on the 77th floor was amazing, restaurant on the 73rd floor offer fantastic night view of the city and waters below. House keeping placed a sunglasses cloth with the hotel logo neatly placed next to my wife’s sunglasses left on the table, very nice touch. Tablet that control everything was a bonus

The location was perfect. Everything is in walking distance, transport, food, shopping options. I travelled as a lone female and I felt completely safe. The Hotel is located at the top of the WALK, which is perfect for entertainment. Breakfast was included in my stay, which was brilliant, but I would suggest leaving the hotel for dinner as there are so many options. The Head Concierge, Nicolai Lisii was phenomenal. I travelled for my birthday and he manged to secure a spot at a sort after restaurant for my birthday dinner within 24 hours of me arriving. His patience and care was outstanding. I've been to Dubai on several occasions and I never stay in the same hotel. I can honestly note that I would revisit the Address (Beach Resort), in a heartbeat.

Hotel was amazing superb. Problem is traffic if you go downtown its hard to catch a cab going back to the hotel since most drivers avoid jbr st rush hours.

Upon arriving, we were greeted by Anette who kindly assisted us for room check in. She was incredibly helpful, professional and made the check in experience smooth. We also got offered water and hand wipes as she was completing our check in. The decor and cleanliness was immaculate. However, we found the fragrance diffusers very strong within some parts of the hotel which was a bit irritating to the nose. House keeping was prompt when bringing in items we needed which is something I highly recognized as some hotels take a while to bring items needed. All staff members were polite, greeting us with either a good morning or good evening and a smile.

Stunning hotel, great location near some good bars and loads of restaurants. Staff were all very pleasant (Adam on checkout👍) Breakfast and general attention to detail was superb e.g. complementary sun cream at the pool downstairs, the man who cleans your sunglasses,etc Also, never felt too busy despite being nearly full.

Above and beyond our expectations from start to finish they really have it in place here. Great staff, great service, which just adds to the top spec hotel. Very happy will be staying here we visit again.

Very over priced. Our room was not cleaned until at least 5pm everyday. One day the cleaners came at 7pm. Very disappointing for a resort that charges so much
