The staff was friendly the hotel was clean There is no elevator even tho they have a second floor it is difficult to carry your luggage up the flights of steps the entrance door to the second floor are always locked so you have to set some of your items down to use the key then open the door and then pick up your items you set down and walk the flights of steps it was very inconvenient being this is the only hotel in the area there is no other choice or I would have moved on. The breakfast is your average breakfast. the work out room is in the laundry room. The pool was decent

Room was clean. My only complaint was that my room was near the door so everytime someone opened the door to the stairs, the banging would wake me up. Really wish they had an elevator. As a senior citizen taking luggage up and down the stairs was a drawback, even though they did ask if I needed help. Would like a first floor option when checking in. Forgot that they did not have an elevator.

I would give a 10 star review if I could! This place is clean, rooms are new due to renovation. Front desk and staff are just wonderful! Love everything about this place! Definitely will stay here next time I come to Punxsutawney!!
