In our bathroom there were many black mold stains or something like mold on the joints. Something like that really shouldn't be there. But the food and staff were very friendly and nice. "Where to start? What's not to like here. A stunning loch-side location; beautiful and well-appointed room overlooking the loch, Nespresso facilities, great shower-room. The breakfasts were excellent. We ate in the restaurant on one evening and could not fault a thing. The choice, presentation and taste of the food were all superb. We had a minor issue in our room but the staff were onto it and it was fixed in no time. I couldn't recommend this place more."
