I especially appreciated the help of the Front Desk team, who was able to add a night to my reservation via text, patiently helped me w some paperwork, replenished breakfast my first morning when I came down and it was diminished and then waited for me to come down my second morning and kept the coffee out longer! "Basic motel totally renovated with simple but stylish furnishings. No one on premises but instant reply via text when we had trouble opening the keypad upon a return to the room. Nice location. Noise (from maybe kitchen fans at night from nearby restaurant ) took away from the quiet lawn setting with lots of Adirondack chairs. "My stay was excellent. My room was on the 2nd floor right side, next to the window...big enough for a family of 3. This was a solo/business trip for me and the room has an excellent dining room and meeting/living room with a very nice view if you love green. I slept like a baby. Breakfast was fantastic-freakin-tastic--drop a $20 on the table for the fam. Will stay there whenever I go back up th Limerock Park. The drive to and from Limerock is a dream if u know what u doin...and ya gotta go to...

"We had an overnight in Great Barrington and this place was just right. Good value, super nice owners, location was excellent and the hotel was clean and updated. It is your classic, one story road side hotel and they have spruced it up nicely. We would definitely stay there again."

"We love staying here in transit to and from Maine and New York every summer. Such a pleasure to know that there are great staff and a great pool! (thank you for always keeping it warm and clean) I'm sure the pool will need to be repainted/resurfaced soon (maybe wait until winter!), but it is always a joy after a long stressful drive. "The gentleman working at the front desk was extremely helpful when were in a pinch and needed assistance late at night! The second-level room was comfortable, clean, and quiet, and the location is amazing, just a short walk to all the restaurants, cafes and shops that downtown Great Barrington has to offer. Unbeatable value!"

"Properly marketed and described. No particular amenities (aside from WiFi), but lots was apparently available at the mother ship, in town. But I wasn’t there for amenities, and I expect most guests weren’t. Clean room, easy parking, my dog was welcome. Busy road out front, but set back far night that I never heard any noise from there. Good place, would recommend "

"The service was amazing.. I was sitting in the lobby and a worker walked by and asked if I wanted coffee or tea. We were there for a wedding and everything was wonderful. The only negative comment would be some rooms could use an upgrade. "
