"The property is empty student rooms that are advertised as double rooms they have a small double bed .. 1 desk chair .. a shared kitchen only 1 fridge working.. the building is unbearable hot .. shared lounge tv didn't work .. no ironing facilities... no kettles in the rooms .. doors dont lock automatically and they rattle in the wind .. no aircon .. very busy roadside location.. "

"Apartment was well placed for Temple Bar re pubs and restaurants. Within walking distance for a Dublin Castle, Guiness factory and other local sights. The apartment was perfect for our needs and stay."

"We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment for the price of an equivalent single room hotel configuration. It's a bit of a walk from city center, but to have the additional rooms made it a worth while. The staff was very helpful and we would definitely stay here again."

"My 4 nights stay was good overall. The accommodation is neat and the location is at easy access to almost anywhere you want to visit in Dublin. I also like that it’s about 23 minutes away by bus to the airport. There are clean mirrors ( I mean, I like mirrors😁) in the room and bathroom. There’s a lift for easy accessibility and also a gym on-site to exercise during your stay. It’s a nice place to stay if you are not looking to cook your own meals, but eat out. "We booked the property because we had a party of 8 and their apartments accommodated our party size. The floors had not been cleaned when we arrived. There is a train that runs behind the property so the noise is consistently loud during most of the day. We requested clean towels on our third day and even though we were told they’d be sent up, we never received them. The space of the apartment for our party size was great, but there wasn’t much within walking distance in terms of food or grocery...

"Pros- walkable to dining and transit. Spacious-the apartment had good space for our family of 5, clean. The entire center s thing 10-15 mins walking. Lots of nightlife right outside. Cons- this place needs to be renovated. Windows don’t open or some don’t lock, the seals are leaky and don’t dampen outside noise The area is pretty noisy at night. Beds need to be replaced, bathroom lights are corroded and not working, cabinets are in poor condition. Very 90s vibe. "

"Small rooms that are more affordable than other hotels work well for allowing every member of a family to have their own room, so just like home. Convenient to have canteen open for food and drink. Controllable lights and climate are excellent, as are shower options. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the prime Shopping and pub area of town, but just across the street from St Patrick’s cathedral, which is very nice and surrounded by a a beautiful park. "
