"Place needs a major upgrade/ cleaning. Room had a serious urine smell issue-no doubt the result of the “”pet friendly “” policy. Overall, the place is worn-out. Actually quite expensive for what you get."

"One of the main reasons I reserved a room here is because of the pool. When the pool is closed it should be noted before you make a reservation. The grandkids were not happy, also the bathroom needs work."

The sofa in the Suite I stayed in, was not the most comfortable, but the room was nice. Disappointed in the pool being so COLD! I went down for a swim, and only stayed in the pool for about 5 minutes, it was much too cold to enjoy. Ended up going back to the room and taking a hot shower, to warm back up! ...

"We have stayed at this hotel in the past, the last time probably in 2020. We will not stay again. It has significantly gone down hill in that time. The rooms were not very clean, the counters had stickiness from previous stays and there were crumbs all over the floor and beds. Walking into the lobby smelled very musty and throw the halls smelled like marajuana on multiple occasions. The hot tub was broken and apparently early has been for over a month. The pool area was a mess - dirty...

"Room floor was horribly stained, shower door wouldn’t close, the shower itself was stained in the cracks, I didn’t want to look too closely at in the corners! I honestly wouldn’t stay at this hotel again."

"Wonderful stay! Our family of 3, plus one cat and one dog were very comfortable at this hotel. Room was quiet, clean, and new. There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out. The kitchen was a great bonus. Staff was friendly and helpful. The lounge/breakfast area is huge with a pool table and tons of different seating options. We didn't swim, but the pool must be a popular option as many kids and adults were going to and from the pool. EV charger is a Tesla charger and it worked great!...

"I am asking for a Refund. We did not even stay in the property because of how disgusting and horrific it was. There was an awful smell in our room. The room looked like a prison cell the bed was against the wall with chipped paint all over. There was dirty and garbage on the bathroom floor."

"The place is a bit run down outside. The hotel is not fully staffed, so when an issue arises like you need more towels or a plunger or something isn't working right, there's no one to contact. Otherwise it's ok to stay at. It's a bed with a roof over your head. The shower did have bodywash and shampoo. The room also has a fridge."
