"Ingen reception, och det tog tid att få (skriftliga)knapphändiga instruktioner att checka in med. Mycket litet rum som inte hade sängbord eller papperskorg. Inte ens på toaletten. Varmvattenkranen i handfatet fungerade inte. Man fick en badhandduk, men ingen handhandduk eller golvhandduk, vilket hade behövts. Det blev väldigt blött efter dusch. Trädgården var inte omhändertagen och massor av ogräs i den gård som annars skulle kunnat vara väldigt fin. Innergården utanför vårt fönster var så...

"The hotel has an amazing spa and good beds, but the service is flat or nonexistent and the rooms could use an update. Especially the mold in bathroom. As other guests comment: the amount of add ons and lack of basic amenities (coffee/snacks throughout day, more varied food options, room amenities) was a turn off. Parking is badly designed and I feel awful for the older/less mobile as they navigate to/from hotel with belongings. There also seems to be a lack of staff. Finally, I tried multiple times to schedule a massage only to be directed to spa many times with no staff in spa to help. We also were kept up late by a party of loud people who ruined my spa experience with loud drunken behavior and then moved it outside after hours. No staff were available to tell them to quiet down. I think this is hot or miss, but don’t expect luxe 4stars and you’ll be fine. Would recommend for a spa getaway, but be mindful that the room might spoil the pampering the spa provides both in look and feel."

"Quite friendly and helpful staff Fantastic breakfast Great location Historical building with beautiful interior design Our room was too small despite being upgraded to a bigger room Hotel has no parking which is annoying but there is a parking lot closeby, so you should prepare to walk with your luggages We enjoyed Helsingborg quite a lot and we plan to go back soon and stay in the same hotel"
