Really nice hotel with friendly staff, poor heat in room but front desk brought me an oil heater. I checked out early next morning to find out my flight was delayed & the nice man on the front desk upgraded me to a premiere room for 5 hrs

The check-in email got blocked as Spam and I emailed, texted and called the property several times seeking information. Nobody ever responded.
