Die Lage ist schön ruhig. Mit dem Auto ist in 10 Minuten Pirna und und 30 Minuten Dresden zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist super von der Größe, für die kalten Tage ist eine Fußbodenheizung vorhanden. Leider ist die Technik TV und WLAN (langsamer als ein Modem) nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Die Couch hat hier auch schon bessere Tage erlebt, muss dringend ausgetauscht werden. Küche hingegen ist super ausgestattet.

A szállás gyönyörű. Az elhelyezkedése fantasztikus. Egy kis gond volt a bejutással. Jó lenne, ha a szállásadó előre megírná a kulcs átvételi helyet, módot. Nagyon kedves volt, de a késői érkezésünk zavarta a pihenésben.

Apartament komfortowy z ładną lokalizacją

Apartament bardzo komfortowy i ładnie położony. Nie ma tam obsługi na miejscu, klucze odbiera się wg instrukcji przez telefon. Właściciel miły, ale mówi tylko po niemiecku.

Mooi ligging slechte ontvangst

Hotel is op zich best mooi maar de ontvangst en het ontbijt waren ver onder de maat We werden tussen vier en zes uur verwacht maar er was niemand na een telefoontje konden we de sleutel ergens pakken. Het ontbijt bestond uit twee afbakbroodjes,kannetje melk,jam,honing een theezakje en een nespresso cupje hiervoor betaalde we €6,50 per persoon dit had wel iets uitgebreider gekund

Maravilhoso!

O lugar é paradisíaco e o apartamento é incrível! Super bem equipado, limpo e muito tranquilo! Não é um hotel convencional, com recepção e atendentes à sua disposição, o que, aliás, achamos ótimo! É um lugar pra nos esquecermos da vida, à beira do Elba, distante da agitação da cidade. O hotel oferece refeições, o que facilita pra quem não tem disposição pra usar a cozinha do apartmento que, por sinal, é muito boa! Há bons supermercados nas redondezas, a poucos minutos de carro. Nós gostamos imensamente e pretendemos voltar, com certeza!

Sehr enttäuschend

Zu unserer Überraschung entsprach der Bau, den wir bei unserer Ankunft vorfanden nicht dem Photo bei Expedia. Wir sollten auch eine völlig andere Wohnung erhalten als die, die wir gebucht haben. Die Wohnung war sehr schmutzig von den Fenstern bis zum Kühlschrank. Wir haben dann auf einer anderen Wohnung bestanden. Diese war zwar hübscher eingerichtet und entsprach dann auch der gebuchten Wohnung, allerdings war sie genauso schmutzig, was unseren Aufenthalt richtig vermiest hat. Die Bettbezüge waren eingerissen und kein einziger Reisverschluss war in Ordnung. Wir haben die Wohnung nur zum Schlagen genutzt und sind früher abgefahren. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten am Ort sind sehr begrenzt und die Parkplatzsituation eine Katastrophe, wenn man nicht einen Kleinwagen fährt. Der Preis für diese Wohnungen ist total überhöht.

Nice Apartment

The apartment was spacious and had great views. We stayed for three nights and overall had a pleasant experience. However, there are some drawbacks. My biggest complaint was that the windows did not have any screens and we spent the better part of the first evening killing all the critters that had come in the windows. Some we didn't even want to open because we could see so many spiders on the outside of them (up to 10 in one window).There were no fans in the apartment so it was rather stuffy with the windows closed in the evenings and were only able to open them in the early morning before we departed for the days traveling. Another complaint is the parking, it was very limited and the lot was tiny! We were driving a 4runner and had difficulty with parking. Aside from that we had a great time! Very comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen had dishes and stovetop. Staff was friendly even though not everyone we dealt with spoke English. They still seemed friendly and willing to help us.

Die Elbresidenz liegt ruhig direkt an der Elbe. Ideal um die Seel baumeln zu lassen.

Die Suite war komfortabel eingerichtet, jedoch läßt sich die IKEA Einrichtung nicht leugnen. Viele Sonderausstattungen im Bad, aber weniger ist manchmal mehr. Es fehlen Kleinigkeiten in der Küche, die aber für wenig Geld angeschafft werden können. Wer dir Ruhe und Erholung mag kommt hier auf seine Kosten. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Dreseden oder der näheren Umgebung. Ein paar Ausflugstipps durch das Hotel wären nicht schlecht. Alles in Allem ist die Elbresidenz wirklich empfehlenswert. Wir werden dort sicherlich nocheinmal hinfahren.
