"Spend a little extra in a room because I was close to just leaving there & getting a better one.. I kept telling my self i was just sleeping there."

"The only complaint that I have about my stay at the Hampton Inn in Provo was that they did not tell us they would charge such a hefty fee for pets. I chose that hotel because it was pet friendly but they charged me way too much for one night for my two cats. It was as much as the cost of the room. I understand that the owners are responsible for damages but to charge that much money when it was not previously disclosed at the time of reservation is unacceptable and unfair. For that reason alone, I will probably book elsewhere next time."

"Our biggest surprise was the excellence of the breakfast. The coffee beans are ground for each cup. The people who cook and replenish the food are hard workers who do an excellent job. We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel."
