"We had a great stay here - house was beautiful and well equipped and the remoteness and private pool were great for a relaxing stay in Crete. While you are about 20 mins outside of Chania it served as a good base for all of the western beaches and attractions while still close enough to Chania for dinners and exploring. "The hotel catered for what you want. We came here thinking it was 5 star all inclusive but in fact it was more like a 4 star. You need to upgrade to get the branded alcohol, or water in bottles. It’s definitely geared towards alcohol. The food is good. There isn’t much to eat throughout the day in terms of snacks. Ice cream in tubs and homemade sandwiches. The pool is lovely and the views are fab. The vibe is nice. Hospitality is lovely and people enjoy themselves. The pool is the best part for me. Mr Marx at customer relations is fantastic. He is friendly, helpful and very personal. He takes an interest in you and remembers things you’ve spoken about and is really informative. All hotels should have someone like him. And he speaks 7 languages!!"

"We had a great stay! The hotel is in an excellent location, especially if you want to enjoy the nightlife. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance, while you can still drive very close to the hotel, which makes arriving with luggage much easier. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here!"

"Incredible location, beach front and property. Service was solid across the board and the breakfast was fantastic. But what put this hotel over the top was the activities and programming. Tania was the yoga, pilates and aqua fit instructor and she was amazing. Like having our own personal trainer and so friendly. Very highly recommend!"

"Certain aspects of hotel need updating (keeping on card in for electricity of room). The pool chairs were never available when we wanted to use the pool. The noise carries from hallway and rooms close by. People coming home at 1am and noise waking us up every night. Service and breakfast was great and outline of hotel is lovely. For the price we paid, it should be next to perfect all around."

"The staff are super friendly tip top service we had a sea view room with hot tub was superb,the breakfast options are great dinner options was ok not all the food was to my taste but it was still good with great entertainment and service at dinner. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel great beach to relax or go into the water 10/10"
