Jason, the chef is so passionate about food & that really comes through in the meals, the food here is truly lovely. "This is not a complaint but rather a critique to help elevate the guest experience. The gym was small and consequently got very hot very quickly. Investment in an air con unit or at the very least 2-3 good quality fans would help make the training environment more pleasant - this should not detract from the rest of the property. Absolutely perfect."

"Reception staff were hospitable and pleasant. Restaurant staff seemed to lack hospitality training and were not customer focused, preferring to look at their phones and told us to get our own wine from the bar. Our room smelt musty but was OK when windows & doors were open. A tea bag and milk would have been appreciated. Room itself was large and comfortable and the scenery was stunning."
