"We had a broken toilet in our room and had to go downstairs to use the restroom. The front desk was notified two days in a row. Finally on the 3rd day of complaining we were moved to a different room. No efforts made to comp us for anything. A couple of the front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was crowded and they ran out of items so I’d go early. It’s a 25 minute walk downtown so if you don’t want to pay for parking everywhere you go keep that in mind. I’d pay a...

"It is a decent location and the property took actions to keep guests safe (key-ed elevator access). I think the only thing that I didn’t like was outside of anyone’s control (street walkers and their habits). Absolutely adore that the bathroom had a bidet. Staff were awesome and courteous. Room was consistently clean. :)"

"Price was better than other hotels in the area, the staff were nice and friendly at check in and they refunded our parking because it was supposed to be free parking when we booked without an issue. The beds were nice, the shower was great once we figured out how to use it. Could have used a garbage can and recycling bin in the room. We will definitely use this hotel again. Close to a lot and we were able to walk to our venue in about 25 minutes stopping for dinner on the way."
