"Hallways and lobby looked outdated but my room was very clean!"

"We got an upgrade from a room with 2 queens on a main floor to a room upstairs with a king because the room with 2 queens was needed for someone unable to navigate the stairs. Luckily this wasn't an issue for us (a couple), but the staff didn't ask (though we've stayed there before so perhaps she recognized our names). The room smelled a bit of stale smoke which seemed to be coming from the ancient (but efficient) AC unit. Would be nice to have a nightstand (and outlet) on both sides of the bed...

"The front desk staff was helpful upon arrival. Our room was not confirmed as fully ready post check in time, however, the staff managed to switch us to another two queen room within the check in time frame instead. The hotel was clean and appeared newly renovated inside, however, the outside is outdated. Overall, a nice stay for the value and need of only one night."

"Nicely decorated, quiet, and very clean. Good location for us to ride bike trail. But breakfast was a C+, very carb heavy though hard boiled eggs were available. But VERY pricey for the overall. Not many other choices in the area..."

"I’m not one to ever leave reviews, but this is a pretty tired property: Floors: Are in tough shape & tiny bathroom. Windows: No privacy glass or shade on windows (just curtains - that don’t close all the way. People at ground level can see right in…plus it’s bright come sun up). Smell: Interesting…air fresheners to cover old smoke or pet oder. Pillows: Bring your own, they’re small and have the volume of a Target bag filled with leaves. "Lovely, cozy cabin. We really enjoyed our stay! Only hiccup we had, was that the driveway is pretty steep and we got stuck leaving one afternoon. Nothing anyone can do about that, except maybe a heads up in the description. (It was dark when we arrived ane we didn't realize how steep the driveway was until we were halfway down) After that, we parked at the top of the driveway and we had no issue! Beds were comfy, it had everything we needed. Hoping to come back in the summer so we can enjoy...

"The pool "under renovation"....was clear from the empty pool, dust, clutter, discarded furnishings that filled the pool and pool deck that it had been an abandoned area."
