"Our final few nights in amazing Santiago, the hotel was perfectly located. Easy walk, metro/underground to anywhere in town. I loved the look of the hotel, it’s Santiago! Staff are amazing, they work hard but are beautiful! FYI! My Spanish (being Irish) was Italian! Rooms are comfy, mine was balcony room! Food was great as was service, in all honesty, loved my stay, quirks are quirks, Hotel Sommelier was lovely! "

"Very nice hotel next to a pretty hill to climb for views of the city. Bed was very comfortable with fabulous sheets. All very modern and stylish inside. Rooftop bar was very nice with good cocktails. Breakfast also good. "

"Quiet on weekends with limited stores open. Weekdays are ideal, near restaurants, bars, stores, groceries, museums and parks. Staff very accommodating . Pool area is a little run down and balcony furniture would be appreciated . Good value for price."

"Hostel in Santiago I had originally booked this hostel for a week, but changed my mind and only booked for 1 day. Not because I didn't like the place, but because my plans had changed. I had my own room with a shared bathroom and toilet. The room consisted of a double bed, a chest of drawers and a fan to give me some cool air in the heat. "The service was wonderful! The location was very safe and just a few minutes from a grocery store and two malls. There is a gorgeous park behind the hotel to visit as well. I felt secure in the area as a disabled person. The view was spectacular and did not disappoint. I think that given the hotel's price, the furniture could be updated and made more comfortable. Repairs in the suite were needed during our stay, however, the staff was quick to make sure everything was working efficiently....
