Hotel di Pusat Bandar Marble Falls

"I was traveling to Marble Falls for a meeting, and my wife went with me. I called ahead to see if we could check in early so that my wife could relax in the room while I went to my meeting. Jennifer was wonderful and told us that we could check in a couple of hours early. We had a room with a beautiful view of the lake waiting for us when we got there. Jennifer also gave us some excellent recommendations for dinner later that night. Later, while after I'd left for my meeting, Jennifer called the...

"Pool was dirty and hot tub did not work. This is an extremely pet friendly 3 star hotel and smell of pets was strong as soon as you enter the lobby."

"Best hotel in Marble Falls by far. Brooke made everything super easy."

"Nice clean hotel and great responsive staff would stay here again"

"Had some issues with cleanliness, in the middle of first night we found some bed bugs, the staff changed rooms, but we had to kill 6-7 roaches on the new room. We told housekeeping the next morning but the room was not serviced during the day . Not the best experience. Probably will not stay there again."

"Muy amable el personal precio bueno la habitación en exelente condiciones y limpio aire acondicionado perfect Gracias FELICIDADES"

"When we pulled up, I was surprised it was an older, motor courts type of place:little, individual hotel rooms separated by carport."

"The mother was helpful when the code to enter the room wasn't working. I tried calling but didn't get an answer so I sent a message on the website and finally received a response 1hr 15mins later but the mother helped us."

"Everything was fantastic except for the trash that was left on the front porch by the previous occupant. This was in the instructions for checkout, but the staff never picked it up. I messaged them about it, it was still there two days later when we checked out, but now ours is sitting next to it. I’m not sure if there is anyone on-site over night, we never saw anyone."

"Great service and very convenient location!"

"If you absolutely have to have a place to sleep and you don’t wanna sleep in your car I guess you could sleep here, but please do not look at the pictures and think that that’s where you’re staying. I promise it’s not even even that good"

"The AC unit needs to be in the bedroom area if not they need to tear the wall down for better air circulation to the bedroom area. A ceiling fan would be ideal for better circulation. Please turn on AC and fridge before guest arrives so it can be cool at arrival especially during summer months. It was hot in there when we arrived. Disappointed. It took a long while to cool room and wasn’t cool enough throughout the night."
