"We stayed at Rancho Dolores for our weekend trip to Joshua Tree and had a wonderful experience. The property was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything was easy and hassle-free from check-in to check-out. The AC worked amazingly well, which was especially appreciated given how hot it gets in Joshua Tree. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others."

"Great experience for my girlfriend and I. It was our first time glamping! The yurts were cute, you also have an AC cooler inside which is nice during the summer. "At the time of check in, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I was explained that I need to make a payment there. Yes, I am aware. But she wanted to make sure I understand the procedure. I felt it is nice of her to avoid any misunderstanding.

"I came into town for one night and accidentally left my GoPro in the room. I was already in California by the time I called and they had found the camera and shipped it to me immediately after my postage paid pre-addressed envelope arrived. I was very thankful. Additionally, the property could not have been more clean. It’s not a luxury hotel by any means but if cleanliness is your priority, everything else was fine. No bells and whistles but HONEST, clean, and safe! Thank you 🙏!"

"I saw this hotel all over social media and was really excited to stay at RESET. We arrive at check in time and was told that we could not go to our room yet, I confirmed and ask if check in time was at 3:00 pm. The front desk agreed and stated no apology at all just that they were fully booked last night. Eventually we got told we could go to our room around 3:45pm. I’m very understanding but the lack of apology or offering us a refreshment as we wait was upsetting.
