"The hotel uses self checkin but when I had an issue, a lady immediately came to help. Although she didn’t speak any English, she immediately called an interpreter service and we were able to take care of the administrative things. Room was spacious, good AC, tv, water boiler and even hair dryer. Bed was comfortable too. Overall, it was great value for money and service was outstanding given that I don’t speak any Korean. "

"This is my second stay at Olle Tourist Hotel three years apart and each stay was perfect! My room was super clean and comfortable and the hosts went over and beyond to help with information about places we wanted to visit. This meant so much to us because I had a knee injury and they helped me know how to navigate the island of Jeju with my limitations. The host was so kind and lovely. If I return to Jeju God willing I will stay at Olle Tourist Hotel again. "
