"Room reserved was a suite and we were given a double queen room. It was a late check in so we were stuck and overcharged. "I regret to say that my experience at this hotel was highly unsatisfactory. The carpets throughout the property emitted a persistent and unpleasant odor, which significantly impacted the overall comfort of my stay. Additionally, the lack of water service during my visit was both inconvenient and unacceptable.
While I did encounter two staff members who were courteous and helpful, the majority of the team appeared disengaged and unresponsive to guest needs."

"If you’re staying here for Coachella be prepared to get the run around and deal with rude management! They charge you the full amount of your stay a week before your stay without a warning. Housekeeping NEVER came to our room the entire 4 days we stayed there and we kept asking for them to come. So they said they’d refund us a whole whopping $30 for that inconvenience and now they’re refusing to give the refund. They keep saying they did refund me and they did not. I stayed here 2 years in a row...

"Staff at front desk were very good and helpful. Lobby lounge is comfortable and has space for sitting or reading or working on computer. Property shows its age. Room clean enough but sheets were wrinkled and I thought maybe had not been changed until I checked them carefully. Bath fan sounded like it would fall from ceiling when turned off. Water faucets in bath and sink very old and not great to set temps or flow."
