"It’s a dated hotel. The rooms are clean, the color scheme is brown which is difficult to brighten up. The check in staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s my go to hotel when I’m traveling"

"Breakfast was great. Staff was rude not wanting to accommodate with a king bed as she states due to capacity i needed to get a 2 queen room because it was my huband my child and I. Which i dont mind paying the price yet the issue is she doesnt understand we cosleep with my child even at home."

"This hotel feels like family (and we do stay there when visiting Fresno family!) The staff service is always warm and excellent and the price and location are just right. Wishes: the pool opened earlier in the AM (we head off for our day before/by 10, so always miss having a swim); and the whole place REALLY needs a renovation lift. Dingey looking and shabby, looks "risky" though I know it's clean. Pillows bad. AC light beams throughout the night (glad i had sticky notes to cover it in my briefcase!) Oh, and washable utensils for breakfast bar would be nice in this day and age, hate to see the waste in the trash. I think a soaking bucket for sorting silverware would be perfectly acceptable for your clientele. THANKS!"

"The day I arrived my husband and I were treated great and had excellent service. The following day when we are about to check out. The front desk followed me to my room and held the door of my room open with her hand. I had every right to privacy. Just so I could show her my ID. Once I showed it to her she then allowed the door to close. This was all Because we asked for a late checkout and our room key refused to work even during our paid stay."

"Room was very clean. Good bedding and bed was comfortable. Breakfast had several options. We enjoyed our hot breakfast. Easy smooth checking in and out. Would definitely recommend for cleanliness and comfort. "
