"Family of 5 with 3 teens- did need to open window for adequate ventilation in middle of night. Breakfast hot food was lukewarm including omelet taco and sausage. Trash in parking lot. Had to provide personal information at check in that should come from Expedia. Some wear and tear in room. Had to request extra towels and sofa bedding."

"This was our first time staying in Castle Rock. Our friends recommended this Best Western hotel to us! It was conveniently located right off of HWY 25 and right across from the outlets, which is what brought us to Castle Rock in the first place.
