They let us stay in there and even provided a written note confirming it was ok. I would definitely...

"Extremely Disappointing – Dirty, Run-Down, and Serious Safety Concerns
I was extremely disappointed with my stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Normal, Illinois. When I checked in, I was informed that the pool had been shut down by the city, which was already disappointing. Unfortunately, the condition of the room and the safety concerns made the experience even worse.
As soon as I entered the room, there was a horrible smell, and it was obvious that the room had not been properly cleaned or...

"The place was clean but there was no remote for the tv when I asked for one they gave me one but it never turned the tv on. The pool is closed tell further notice. The parking lot needs work as does the outside furniture that was broken. The bread and bagels were very stale. The bed was clean and very comfortable"
