"Booking is made on Expedia, but the you complete the registration on another site. Shower is built into a very small closet. Toilet is on the other side - in another closet. You have to straddle the toilet to use a hand basin that barely fits my hands and it's not possible to wash your face in it without splashing water all over the floor. Entrance way through to the room is in shockingly poor condition. Not the welcome one would hope to see. I would not recommend this room."

"We had a brilliant stay at this hotel and couldn’t have asked for more. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make everyone’s stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and well organised. The gentleman who checked us in was a breath of fresh air. He explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions and made us feel genuinely welcome. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent, with a great choice available. We found a table, helped ourselves to cereal and pastries, and also enjoyed a freshly cooked breakfast. The hotel’s General Manager was also a delight to speak to. We witnessed him dealing with an unruly and demanding customer who was swearing and pointing at him. Despite the difficult situation, he remained calm, professional and courteous throughout, handling it with real expertise. He is a real credit to himself, his staff and Holiday Inn. It was refreshing to see such a high level of professionalism and customer service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"
