"Staff helped me after my passport and cell phone was stolen on the metro in Porto. Embassy closed today and Rayanaire would no let me on the plane so came back to Hostel and they printed out my bus ticket to Madrid. They even got me an Uber to go to the police station to report the theft. "

However what made our stay exceptional was Suzane who welcomed us , looked after us, recommended restaurants and made phone calls for us. She is fantastic."

Kitchen has everything also. Only thing is please correct the info on expedia: there is no laundry, no breakfast, no luggage storage."
