Spacious, great views, nice kitchen with food provided. Close to the sea with shopping/bars/restaurants nearby. Very accommodating and friendly and personable staff. Would love to come back!

Great concept of having hotel options in an apartment. Good location on seafront with easy access to shops, restaurants and public transport. Staff were lovely and helpful. Gym and laundry were a nice bonus for a small hotel. 2 minutes drive or 5 mins walk from ferry terminal. Only downside was the rear rooms look onto the back of other buildings, but didn’t bother us as we were out and about most of the day.

Very comfortable and homey, pass code system worked very well. Excellent location, walking distance to bus, train station, Strand Street, Promenade. Nice bakery nearby and excellent shopping at Marks and Spencer.

Great location. Comfortable apartment.
I enjoyed my stay. Apartment was comfortable with small kitchen dining area, living area and bedroom. Laundry facilities in building. Location was very convenient. Central location in Douglas and short walk to ferry terminal.

we had a gorgeous apartment on the 2nd floor with fantastic views of the sea, amazing location 5 mins walk from the ferry terminal and the town centre is very close, the bus stop is right outside the hotel which is handy, we even got an email from the hotel asking what we would like in our welcome pack, That was a lovely touch, we are already considering booking again

This apartment had a beautiful bay window view of the sea and the little castle in the bay. There is a small lift which was great for bringing up luggage. There was a fully stocked kitchen and they provided bread, butter, jam and some cake/cookies, coffee and tea. The reception was able to print our boarding tickets, as apparently IOM airport doesn't take boarding tickets from mobile devices for some reason.

Lovely stay
The apartments are very comfortable and it looks like they were recently renovated. In good condition and with lovely amenities. There was a basket full IOM complimentary breakfast stuff.

Wonderful place to stay in Douglas, Isle of Man
This facility is superb. My accommodation consisted of a living room, bedroom with en suite and a small kitchen. The bedroom and living room were spotless. I had a view out to the sea. The kitchen was very useful and was provided with tea, coffee, bread, butter/margarine and cakes. Very highly recommended.

Clean, nice property. Staff was very good, attentive and helpful. Property was too cold, so they brought us a space heater, but only serves one room, not both really. No exhaust fan in bath, so very wet everything after showering. Cramped slow old elevator. Recommend as long as you don't mind stairs or not claustrophobic. If you like to be warm just ask for the space heater before you even get there. Keep the bathroom window cracked a hair when showering. Bed was comfortable. Great view - amazing to see the tide difference .

Thank you for your detailed review. We are very pleased to hear that you had a nice stay with us. With regards to the heating our summer temperature is around 14C overnight and for the vast majority of our gusts this is actually a bit warm. We therefore do not put the central heating on which heats the whole building and rely on electric heaters for anyone who is not used to these overnight temperatures. We have several and would have provided as many as you like. Douglas seafront is made up of Victorian terraced buildings and we are very fortunate to have a lift. It may not be very fast but it is an excellent facility to carry bags up and down stairs which many do not enjoy on the Prom.

We stayed for two nights and the staff were lovely and helpful. Rooms were well equipped and spotless. Loved the art work, we were in the Caneletto Suite, loved the chandeliers and the decor. Would recommend this hotel👍

Hard to fault in any way!
The Town House is a great place to stay. A real home from home; a full size on bedroom apartment with great outlook out to sea. Comfortable and spotlessly clean, it was hard to fault and I was actually a little sad to leave.

This is a great option, freedom to cook for yourself, but breakfast provided and cakes fresh each day too. The staff are lovely and are there when you need them but respectful of your privacy too. Great location,all rooms are clean and well equipped.

Perfect accommodation for our needs
Perfect location on the sea front and close to the main shopping area at the rear of the property. The apartment was very clean and well maintained- excellent shower and kitchen facilities. Ula was very helpful before our stay and answered our queries promptly. We would very much like to stay here again.

We are sorry that you were disappointed in the complimentary breakfast items provided in your room. Our apartments have fully equipped kitchens and breakfast is on a self-catering basis. However, we always send a pre-arrival questionnaire to our guests where we describe the range of items we provide and ask if there is anything else you would like us to get for you. First time experience to the Senior TT races
As 1st time visitors to Douglas and the TT races, our family of 3 had a fabulous time at the Town House. Not only is the location excellent and directly in front of the promenade, but the room (fronting the main street) was superb! Highly recommended. We will be back. :)

Not bad but had hoped for better.
Clean and comfortable. But the pictures looked much much better. Not at all bad, just not what I had hoped for. Would stay again, but with my expectations in check.

I am sorry you feel mislead, we do everything we can to ensure each apartment is shown in detail. Perhaps as the apartments are all so different you may have seen one apartment and booked another. Good Location and very pleasant surroundings
Stayed for 3 nights on business, enjoy the flexibility of the serviced apartment model and there are very few available in this location. Very clean, we stocked fridge for breakfast. Lovely touch with the fresh cakes each day. Wifi could be a little flaky at times but then who's isnt! I did miss having some hair conditioner, I will remember to pack my own next time. All in all a great option for a stay here. If yuo are holidaying here the location is perfect too.

I wish I had found the Town House years ago!
In previous trips on business to IOM I have never really found a hotel that came up to expectations. The Town House has changed all that. It is conveniently positioned near to the centre of town but on the sea front. The fairly recent conversion work has given an old victorian town house a complete makeover which is stunning. The suite I had was perfect for a week's stay on business. The lounge area was as large as I have at home. The small kitchen was well equipped so that I could cook my own breakfast and evening meals. The bedroom area and the bathroom were all modern, clean and stylish. The whole building is keyless, using just keypad entry. The rooms are all wifi equipped and the service is free. There is a restaurant nearly next door if one wants someone else to cook the breakfast or dinner. Before I arrived I was even asked what I wanted the fridge stocking up with - and it happened! I have never come across this before - incredible. Oh, and they arranged for a limo to pick me up at the airport. I only wish I had discovered The Town House several years ago.

Sehr schönes Hotel, mit sehr gut ausgestatter Küche, Fön, Bügeleisen etc. Die Zimmer werden jeden Tag gereinigt. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Ein perfekter Aufenthalt auf einer wunderschönen Insel.
