"AC kept room cool. Breakfast wasn’t top tier but it served its purpose. My travel partners and I appreciate the great customer service from front desk. Only thing missing was a large luggage trolley to take all 3 of us luggage’s to our room"

The hotel is within walking distance from many high end and contemporary stores as well as restaurants and museums. "We booked this place based on its great reviews, though our first impression was a bit confusing. The gate was closed and it didn’t feel very inviting at first. There was a number to text, so we reached out, and within a few minutes we were greeted and let in. Once inside, we were pleasantly surprised. We really loved the place, the room was clean and comfortable, and the garden was beautiful. Overall, it turned out to be a wonderful stay."

"When I walked in to check in the guy asked me to wait b/c they were changing shifts. I nicely sat down, to wait. Another gentleman came and needed to check in and waited in front of the desk. Instead of waiting on me first he front desk guy helped the gentleman. I walked up where they were and the gentleman had to remind the front desk guy that I was there first."

"From the moment you pulled up and the valet attendant greeted you , I knew this was going to be a great hotel. The lobby is an art museum and the rooms were to notch. A small kitchenette, sitting room, the cozy bedroom to the spa like bathroom was just was I needed. "I’m disappointed with the level of service during my visit. Several staff members were not welcoming or attentive. From the moment we arrived, there was no acknowledgment, we had to approach staff outside just to ask for assistance. One response we received was, “You need help(after we asked🙄😒)?” which felt dismissive rather than helpful. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t improve once inside. There was little to no eye contact, and the staff member assisting us appeared visibly annoyed...

"Die Zimmer waren soweit relativ gut gereinigt, einige Staubecken entdeckt und ein paar kleine, dreckige Stellen auf dem Bettlaken. War das Zimmer in einem ordentlichen Zustand. Die Wohnungstür ließ sich nicht 100% schließen, weshalb nach außen alles sehr hellhörig und morgens auch die Sonne leicht ins Zimmer schien. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Badezimmer war vom Zustand her nicht mehr so gut und renovierungsbedürftig. Preisleistung war okay."
