"Decided to stay here solely on the reviews, and everyone was correct. The staff is super friendly and personable which is a huge plus especially these days. The room was comfortable. They have a pool and hot tub, both were working. The pool is not heated though but kids don't care. The breakfast was delicious. No salt needed. The kitchen staff was also friendly and honestly I could have hung out and talked with them longer. We will definitely be staying here again."

"My only issue was waiting 45 mins to check in. I tried to do the app check in but wouldn’t work. A concert was across the street so they know it would be busy. Priority Hilton line people would keep coming. Suggestions would be for one person to check in priority and the other 2 check in normal line. Jaiden texted and checked in and asked and I told her and she apologized and gave us $25 credit towards food. Which is fine but fixing the problem would be better. Make it so you can check in on App as advertise so no waiting or wasting time. "

"There is a lot of construction on the street right by the hotel. Other than that I have no complaints. Very nice place. Would stay there again "

"My wife has pet allergies and we were not told we had reserved a room where pets were allowed. The sheer curtain was all ripped, very obviously by an animal. Dog across the hall from us. We asked a guest with a dog to take the next elevator. This was frustrating to us. We are Hilton Honors members."

"Check in staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very nice, updated, and clean. Not sure what was out and around the area. We were here late at night and plan to head out early next morning."
