The customer service was great. They were very helpful and polite. The phone in my room wasn't working. Snack bar on the ground floor plays music very late on the weekends until 3 am (Fridays and Saturdays) which is an issue for sleep those days. Location is not very far from the airports and big mall.

seems the owner has invested some money but the stuffs are irresponsible. Reception stuffs are very good and very helpful but break fast area, cleaning stuff has problem. I could not have my break fast because they are not ready even at 8 am ... they did not even tell me sorry .. just careless.. cleaning was not done. stuffs needs to terminated for sure otherwise, the owner will keep on losing..

The shower water teater was in the shower with a power point which was very dangerous. The tv only had 2 channels nothing else worked. There was no fridge in the room or tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was limited to only an omlette every day no other choices. The omlettes were tasty but they ran out of butter/margarine after Day 2 were not too concerned about fixing problem. No real milk for coffee or tea only powder which never seemed to completely disolve. The staff were lovely and did the best they could with what management gave them
