"Check in was a nightmare. No keys left. After a 12 hour travel with children this was made worse. After nearly 2 hours got into apt, no bedding for 2nd bed. Promised would arrive after contacting at 6pm. At 4am no bedding and eventually said wouldn't be arriving. Trying to sleep with no bedding wasn't good. Would not compensate for this. Then washing machine wouldn't work so on last night when tried to do a couple of loads before moving on was not possible and not able to remedy due to time....

Even though it was only two adults in the room and myself and the children were at the pool. Later I asked for an extra pillow and blanket and they said it’s first come first serve accommodation.
