There is a Greggs and Subway which is very handy for food etc. also the garage station is a Londis which sells items as well. The actual rooms are located behind the building of Greggs and Subway hidden away from the main public area and road. My room was clean and the bathroom was clean and functional. Room was modern but had a few cosmetic issues such as tape on laminate flooring and a shower screen that didn't stop the water from pouring out. It didn’t affect our stay but from a glance minor repairs could be made. Would still happily book again as location and breakfast alone was well worth it "

"The host, Justin, is an amazing one-man-band. Incredibly welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The room I stayed in was lovely; clean, bright and warm. Each day my fridge was restocked with water and fresh milk. The breakfast was always fabulous, especially the poached eggs (perfect!). Plenty of parking (free) and beautiful countryside, though not far from all amenities (3 min drive). Pub within walking distance. I will definitely stay again and will recommend to visiting friends and family. "
