"Most of the staff were very helpful. Unfortunately we got misinformed by a recently new member of reception. Instead of finding out the right information he told us the wrong information. Thankfully it worked out ok. An expensive error but could have been a bit worse. Josh in the bar was extremely helpful and friendly. His espresso martini was the best I have ever had. "

"Homely, comfortable if a tad dated. My room had been newly renovated. The bed and pillows were very comfortable but the rain shower had weak pressure. There was a bit of noise from children running around the corridors and playing at the rear of the hotel but it was otherwise peaceful and comfortable.
