"This was a lovely apartment but I couldn’t give it a higher rating due to a number issues we had during our stay there. Our apartment didn’t have proper curtains so the room became light as soon as the sum came up - this was not ideal. Communication was difficult as, despite being advertised as speaking English, nobody understood us so we ended up having no hot water for 5 days because nobody could tell us that all we needed to do was switch it on! "On our arrival the manager was extremely rude stating we had not paid, when I showed him our paid confirmation he was still rude, complaining that he hadn't been paid. The bedrooms had no amenties as advertised. Eg no black out curtains (light was on outside all night and curtains were almost clear in colour), safe did not work, single sheets on double beds, no towels.
