"Absolutely loved our stay at Toa Hotel and Spa! The service was exceptional, with staff who truly go above and beyond. I wish I can give it a 10 star for their service! The rooms are stunning, with private pools and direct beach access. We enjoyed the delicious food made with love, and the beach dinners were unforgettable, complete with an amazing show under the stars. The pools are beautiful, and the whole property feels peaceful and luxurious. If you’re coming to Zanzibar, this is the place to stay. Highly recommended!"

"The resort is just a paradise on earth! Absolutely loved our stay. The staff were ever very helpful and friendly. Shout out to Glory & reception team for always arranging our moving, Mary, Jackson in the restaurant for always being helpful. Aman helpful with excursions. Stayed in the beach pavilion, the 2 bed sea view villa and the over water villa to get the experience. Each and every one of them was amazing although my favourite is the over water villa! They were cleaned on a daily basis and it’s the first hotel I have had no issues with dust! Thank you guys. The only issue was the Masai men hiding to sell their stuff. It was a bit annoying. See you again soon. "

"This is a lovely quiet each front hotel, we stepped from our door onto the sand. Roo.s are good and the staff were wonderful! We stayed in four hotels in zanzibar, the staff here are exceptional, very attentive and friendly. Hotel even supprised us with a free trip to the 'rock resaurant' and star fish beach! We would stay again in a heart beat..."

"Alot of thought has gone into the different little expierances you can have, in areas you can choose to relax. Food and drinks were great! We were up-graded to a amaising luxury villa! Our butler Ramson was very attentive and thoughtful. He really went the extra mile staying up and helping us with our cases at 12.30am and helping with our taxi. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you..."

The grounds are absolutely stunning, and the unique architectural design—where you can gaze out at the ocean as if it’s a living, breathing TV screen—is incredibly relaxing. The rooms were spotless and clearly well-maintained; the staff does an exceptional job keeping everything clean and comfortable. Service was excellent—everyone was warm, attentive, and eager to make our stay enjoyable. The food was delicious, and we especially loved the fresh juices—they were refreshing and full of flavor. "This was an exceptional stay. The accomodations at The Level were beautiful and clean and beyond what I expected. Every detail was considered e.g. The toiletries were top notch and the room had everything you could need including beach blankets beach bags, umbrellas, steamer for your clothes.The list is endless. The pool areas ( there where several) were comfortable relaxing and clean and there were several activities, games and excursons. The Spa is amazing and the gym had everything one needs. The staff were friendly and the service impeccable from reception, restuarant service, housekeeping and the guys driving the shuttles within the resort. The grounds were beautiful and quiet with accress to a large expanse of the coastline. The only thing that needs improving is the food. For the cost and the level of excellence in other aspects of the resort, the food offerings need to be improved in terms of range of options and flavour. I also koted that there were some kids in the adults only section. They were well behaved and did not bother me but others may not appreciate it. Neither of these, would stop me from going back in a heartbeat. one of my best vacations ever. "
