"The villa sits on the hill side. The view of construction area from balcony is not nice. This resort is right on Sukhumvit rd. after the intersection lights so becareful if you drive. To check in, You have to contact the Rimpu Hill coffee shop that is also the resort office. There is a parking dirt lot near the villa area. The villa is not small for 3 people. plenty space cloth storage but only couple hangers. Dusty bed headboard only fridge and cabled tv, no microwave or kitchenary. shower...

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet was very nice at a reasonable price. Location was within walking distance of the restaurants, bars, and beach. The room has a small balcony big enough just for 2 chairs and table. Washing facilities were just across the soi from the hotel."

The only big negative for us is being a boutique hotel that we pay good money for, it’s so hugely disappointing to see so many people dressed in bathers and pyjamas / nightwear at breakfast. "A sprawling resort about 20 minutes drive from Pattaya, beautifully designed and laid out over very expansive grounds. Our room was great, spacious and so thoughtfully designed. The restaurants are all good but overpriced, especially the wines. It’s not near anything and felt geared towards groups or families who would be spending most of their time at the resort. On that basis it’s a lovely but pricey place to stay."
