"We both agreed that this is one of the top hotels we've stayed in. Staff are keen to help and always polite. The room was immaculate, and sea view was superb. As this was only a short stay while we passed through Busan we spent most of the days out and didn't have time to explore all the amenities on offer inside the hotel. Location is fantastic, however, and our only regret is that we didn't stay longer."

Room was clean and very luxurious. The full size fridge and spa bath were very nice features. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. Will recommend to friends and hopefully visit again soon. "

"The staffs there is super friendly and helpful! Especially the lady (sorry didnโ€™t get her name)! Booked the room with terrace and itโ€™s so cozy and nice. Could not have chosen a better hotel for my solo trip in Busan. I felt so safe the entire time even late at night. The hallway, lobby and everything is just bright and clean. Thereโ€™s also CU mart right downstairs. Also, itโ€™s so close to Haeundae beach. Thank you so much for the amazing hospitality. Will definitely come back :) Butโ€ฆ housekeeping donโ€™t make your bed unless you specifically asked for it ๐Ÿ˜… not an issue tho. They still clean the room."
