"Bad experience with management "

"The staff was great, especially the folks in the lounge (Dat and the main bartender) breakfast was wonderful, dinner options were a little expensive but mostly pretty good. Spa was nice altho it would be nicer to have men and women allowed to use the same area as my partner and I were the only ones on each side and got kind of bored alone. Area around the space is beautiful and the temple on the mountain is unbelievable! Overall, it was a great stay"

"Five stars for the staff alone! Sophie at the front desk was very professional, kind, and so helpful from check-in to check-out. She also went above and beyond to help me with transportation back to Hanoi. The rooms are beautiful and, most importantly, very quiet—perfect for getting a good night's rest in a busy city.
