"Saigon Aiden Hotel for us was in a great location with plenty of shopping, coffee shops, pharmacies, dentist, restaurants nearby. MMMega Mart within walking distance and Aeon shopping mall a 7 minute Grab ride. The location worked well for our trips out to Long An province. The hotel was as expected, except for 2 things. Expedia called it the Gardenview room, so I paid extra for this room, to find that the view is a wall. Don't pay extra for a window unless it is a balcony room at the front of the building. Second, the rooftop patio. Nothing there other than a small pool, plants, and a couple pieces of exercise equipment. Front staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff good too, especially if tipping, and my #1 doorman Allan, who was quick to serve with a smile the minute your car pulled up. Cleaning staff was as expected, but with daily reminders for soap and toilet paper, you'd think they would get the hint eventually. Bit of a fail here. The breakfast was good for a convenient start to your day, but some dishes remain the same daily while few rotate. Overall we were happy and would return again."
