"Originally we got booked to this apartment, jut due to clogged toilet situation, they found a new apartment for us. The new apartment looked nice on the outside (building) but when you got into the room, it looked like nobody has been there for weeks. It was ants and bugs everywhere and the sheets were dirty. It was dusty and run down. Did not look like the pictures they sent us. We contacted them immediately, but since it was past midnight when we landed, we agreed they could have come next...

As I was landing in Ho Chi Minh after 36 hours traveling I got messages from management that they sold out rooms and I will be transferred to a different hotel that is 30 min drive from exhibition center. "checkin was supposed to be 2pm, but it was 2 hours late due to room was not clean. there was no water for 10 hours, not even to flush the toilets. These apartments owners/staff, treat tourists very badly. They will make very hard to get the door key to the apartment, and keep you wait out side standing for hours without any reason. skip this apartment if you want to enjoy your trip."

"The notification for entering the room was initially set to 24 hours in advance, but it was later changed to 12 hours before, and finally to after 2 PM. The pictures of the room did not match the actual room upon arrival. The room was located on an office floor, not a residential one. There were cracks on the floor and walls of the room. "Nam was such a lovely host, very informative, greeted us at the main reception and then shown us around the studio. It was extremely easy to communicate with Nam as he set up a WhatsApp group so if I had any questions, it was easy to ask and be informed. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable with a lovely shower. 7 eleven was literally round the corner from the main reception which was really convenient, with a little market shop & even a kids play area in the same section. The location itself was perfect to get around the City! Would definitely recommend & will return if I come back to HCM ☺️"
