"Ibis management is seriously lacking servicing mindset. They are getting mobile elevator to send people to higher storey for engineering work. This happens on 5.30am. I am startled to wake by the drilling and hammering noises.
Reception counter gave excuses that already ask them to stop, maintenance people said work will stop in 10 minutes, they have pre-notified guests that they have already pre-notified guests… but all craps. When I check-out on 6.30am, noise remain there and works outside the building remain on-going.
Management please answer, what type of building failure that you insisted to carry out maintenance work on 5.30am. If the building is really in such condition, why is the hotel continue to operation and without pre-warn before we book?
Why put us on the effected storey since there are engineering work?
The front desk staffs continue to lie us. House keeping has put up written notice and slot in to our room. They have informed maintenance team to stop… when I move out from hotel, the vehicle is there and that means nothing is going to stop. The vehicle is on rent by hour
Guest in the house including pilots and stewardess. You are sacrificing aviation safety. Please pray no air crash because captain is not well rested in your hotel.
I hope the management rented elevating vehicle not because it is cheaper at wee hour. And I am sure management will definitely deny and give lots of excuses to cover these act. This is how the front desk staffs learn to lie"
