Condo Rentals in Dong Nai Province

"Ave stay. Location hard to find in small alley. Need to have wifi to checkin as no person in location."

"In general, it was fine. However, the cutlery was very dirty, so I couldn't use it, and the electric kettle was broken. The bedding or towels didn't smell, but they weren't clean either. If you don't eat and just sleep, you can use the family unit. Communication with the owner in English was good, and the response was fast. Check-in is self-check-in, and there are 24-hour convenience stores and marts around the apartment, so it's very convenient."

"Location location location is spot on With a lovely view and a access to the pool they overhead railway This is a lovely place to stay the only thing is it's starting to look a little bit dated with some damage done by previous guests which has let it down "

"Manager substituted (downgraded) this 1 bedroom to a studio in a different apartment buiding called Orchard Garden); she let me checked in 1 hour early at 1pm ..."

"The hotel’s location and its condition is very good, except only one key was provided for the two bedrooms apt is not acceptable, not convenient at all. Checked in was bad as no communication in advance for collecting key, wifi info was incorrect, …"

"checkin was supposed to be 2pm, but it was 2 hours late due to room was not clean. there was no water for 10 hours, not even to flush the toilets. These apartments owners/staff, treat tourists very badly. They will make very hard to get the door key to the apartment, and keep you wait out side standing for hours without any reason. skip this apartment if you want to enjoy your trip."

"The property clean and stay safe.staff very friendly "

"Totally disappointed . The place ranking was posted as a 4-star. However, it appears to be as a 1-star to me. No email, phone calls, or other communications for check-in instructions. When I arrived at the place, the staffs did not know anything about my reservation. No bellman services. I tried to call the number listed on my Expedia booking, one staff picked up the phone and asked me to send the copies of our passports via Viber, which was inappropriate and not safe for travelers. She also...

"I had a terrible experience with this stay. I arrived late and there is no one on the lobby, I keep calling them no answer, knocked the front gate, no answer, about an hour later, I have to go find a other hotel’s at 3 am in a unknown country by myself!!!!! The hotel over called me back or email me for checks in … I try to get the refund and they rejected saying that was my fault and didn’t show up ontime!!! Please please don’t book with them.."

"Nice apartment in a nice building. At first the location seemed off but just around the corner was everything you could need( typical Vietnam). Host was very helpful at the last minute with an extended late check out to accommodate a late flight home."
