"Incredible hospitality! We were staying for a friends wedding at the venue and the team could not do enough for you. We arrived early morning and asked if we could leave our cases whilst we headed into Bangor - within seconds the receptionist and housekeeping manager were scouting out which rooms were readily available - we were given an upgraded room and able to check in immediately. "Good, standard hotel. Restauraunt inside the hotel which served good food. Friendly staff, clean rooms. We had an issue with the plumbing in our room and they switched us to another one quickly and with no change in cost. 10/10"

"My family of six stayed here- we are from New York, we didn’t know the area very well. My husband and my four kids and I just adored this place. We booked a double room, which was perfect. The front room. The four kids stayed in and my husband and I stayed in the other room. The kids haven’t stopped talking about how much fun they had there. It was so comfy and quiet. The people at the desk were above and beyond helpful. Just an amazing part of our trip to Northern Ireland! "
