"Arrived and no one had any idea which tent we were supposed to be in. Originally taken to one that had no made beds, litter, broken chairs and an inflatable dirty lazy spa (advised as a hot tub). Then got told to my relief wasn’t our tent. Instead we were taken to another tent that was transparent in a small field squished in with another 5-6 tents and had a dirty deflated paddling pool in the centre. Again no beds were made so we had to wait outside with our stuff while a young lad threw some...

"We enjoyed our time in Conwy and at the Castle Apartment very much. The facility was clean and stocked with everything we required for our stay of three days. However, the thing we appreciated most about the listing in the end was its location. We were within a short walk of the Castle, the city walls, the waterfront quay, Plas Mawr, the Royal Cambrian Academy and a myriad of restaurants offering a variety of cuisines. "A beautiful rural cottage surrounded by fields, it was a fantastic setting for our Welsh holiday. Spotlessly clean with everything needed for a self catering holiday- 5 star quality! With castles and beaches just a short drive away as well as other attractions it is in an excellent location. With sea views and lovely sunsets it really is in an idyllic spot."

"12 friends staying for a 60th birthday, the house is spotless & great layout. Seats for all in the lounge & openplan kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. Only an 8 minute walk to shops, pubs & restaurants. Would stay here again."

"I stayed at The Seafront Hotel for a work and overall had an enjoyable stay. The location is excellent — right on the promenade with easy access to the pier, beaches and town centre. Staff were consistently warm and helpful from check-in to breakfast, and the reception team gave useful local tips that made exploring simple. The room was clean and comfortable with a pleasant sea view, and the bed was supportive. Housekeeping were efficient and punctual. Breakfast offered a good range of choices; the cooked options were well presented and the buffet kept replenished."

"Our time in Bala was brilliant and the White Lion Royal Hotel was wonderful. Chris greeted us and immediately helped us with a flat tire situation. Jenene served us two delicious meals from their cafe. This 600 year old historic hotel is cared for well. Our bathroom was updated and the bed was very comfortable. Five stars all around! "

"A lovely hotel with very helpful, friendly staff. The food in the bar was excellent with good service. Easy walking distance to a good range of shops, bars and restaurants. Lovely relaxing spa facilities after a day out walking. Good central location for walkers. Accomodation was comfortable and clean. Would give it a higher rating than 3 star. Would definitely recommend to family and friends."
