"Under renovation while we were there, it will be nicely updated. Workers were respectful of guests."

"Power went out for the entire resort. There is no cell service up there, so the staff had 0 information for us. Shouldn't the staff have a radio or satalite phone for situations like this? We were all just sitting up there, disconnected from the real world for hours, with no way for anyone to reach out for help. There was no food or anything. We decided to leave and go to Durango for the night as not eating anything since lunch and not having any options for food until the next day was not ideal. When we asked the front desk about a refund as the place was inhabitable, they just said to call the next morning. Well, I did do that and was told they couldn't help me and I needed to email support. Still in the process on getting the refund. Rooms were alright. Views were great! But it would have been nice if we could have stayed longer than 1 hour in our room before having to leave due to major power outtages"

"The room was very clean. Each room is a different year. We stayed in the 1965 room which was a Harley Themed room. Everyone was extremely welcoming. The breakfast had different choices for breakfast. We enjoyed our stay."

"Bed was ok. Pillows were grate. Pretty impressive breakfast. The Hot tub is more of a warm tub. New rooms very hot showers."

"We stayed 2 nights. Clean comfortable room. Breakfast was the minimum. Would stay here again. Great value. "

"First, our room was spotless. Check-in and out was fast and efficient. The room was large with 2 queen beds, a table and 2 chairs, TV, fridge, etc.. The shower water pressure was perfect and the towels were not small flimsy some budget motels use. They were fluffy and bright white. The owners live at the motel and take great pride in their property. It reminded me of the motels my family would stay at when I was a kid on road trips. Great memories."

"The AC/heat was not too good made room feel cold, people kept walking around and I couldn’t sleep well knowing the back entrance door was not locked, it was broken. Homeless people entered the building. Sorry but I will not be staying here again. 😏"
