"The hotel is marvelous. As soon as you arrive, you’re greeted with warmth and kindness from the front desk people, and throughout the whole hotel, you’re equally treated kindly and feel like you’re part of the Falkensteiner Family. The location is pretty convenient, only a few steps from the slopes, and they even offer a daily car service there - special compliments to Armando, who was my driver most days and always greeted me with a warm smile.
