"Staff were great, no issues there. Parking available close to hotel as long as not full. used the bar each day for coffee. Easy access to bus stop for short ride to Seville. Only complaint is the walls are thin so hear next doors alarm clock each morning and noisy door closing. Do not get a room next to the road at the front as will hear all the cars go by."

"Amazing hotel and service , they managed to check us in 3 hours before check in time which was amazing. The service and hospitality was really incredible in this hotel and we will definitely come back . The rooms also are so beautifully designed , cannot fault anything . The location and area is in a great neighbourhood with loads of great bars and restaurants around 11/10 experience!"

To think that we walked the same paths as Christoper Columbus and crew was humbling and gave us a sense of Sevilla’s role in bridging the new world with the old. The hotel is centrally located in the Santa Cruz neighborhood close to all of the must see destinations. 5 out of 5 stars!"

"Hotel staff are very good, reception, pool and communal areas are all spotless and well organised. Our room was a bit tired and will soon need updating / renovating but the beds were very comfortable and a good size. Breakfast buffet was excellent although was very busy after 9.30am - but it was Santa Semana and therefore a busy time. Food in the other hotel restaurants was also very good."

"Couldn’t have chosen a better hotel to stay in. The room was very spacious, clean, nicely decorated and the balcony river view was perfect. Nice turn down service. Breakfast has a huge choice, great quality with lots of thoughtful touches, and very nice to have crepes/waffles made to order. The roof top bar is nice anytime of day and cocktails lovely. All staff were very nice and helpful also. Would absolutely stay again."
