"The hotel was well located and check-in was easy enough in the pub next door, if a little slow. The location was quiet too. We were above the main entrance to the hotel and did have the noise and vibration of the door shutting but it wasn't that bad. "This hotel has closed down and hasn’t notified Expedia or any other agent and is still taking bookings on their own website directly. Expedia gave me shocking customer service when I raised this with them. I spent 2 hours on the phone trying to get them to believe me. Total disaster. Avoid Expedia at all costs. "
